FITNESS TESTS

Why do a fitness test?

A fitness test, also known as a fitness assessment, is comprised of a series of exercises that help evaluate your overall health and physical status.
For general health and fitness purposes, the tests are considered the starting point for designing an appropriate exercise program, along with;

Identifying any weaknesses or strengths,
Quantify results - you will be able to see your gains by not just stepping on some scales,
To identify if the programme works!

The fitness test, conducted approx. every two months, will test the following…

Reaction times
Balance
Co-ordination
Speed
Agility
Strength
Endurance
Motivation
Power

Along with full body measurements and photos to compare your progress between assessments.

All results will be presented to you in the form of written report for your personal use.

Virtual training 

Online training is great for the busy person who would like to do some training in the gym or comfort of their own home. Having you connected to the platform you can count on me to make you accountable. We can all do with that nudge now and again!

As a virtual client, I will set you plans according to your goals, so they are tailored to your likes/dislikes & limitations. All exercises come with videos to help you perform them correctly. You can connect your Fitbit or myfitness pal account so I can see your daily activity levels and set you nutritional goals. On top of this you can keep a record of all your vital stats and have a message platform to get in touch with me with all your questions and/or concerns.
